excellence.
He has held senior leadership roles across commercial contracting and development firms, leading projects from concept to completion. Damon also served as a partner in a major contracting firm for over 15 years, helping scale it into a regional leader.
With a background in both field supervision and executive strategy, Damon brings a well-rounded perspective to every project. He earned his degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University and remains committed to safety, quality, and long-term value.
